În ceea ce privește directivele, toate clădirile publice vor deveni până în 2018, clădiri cu un consum redus de energie și toate clădirile noi trebuie să se apropie de un consum de zero energie până în 2020.

Regarding the directives, all public buildings will become low energy buildings by 2018, and all new buildings must be nearly zero energy buildings by 2020.
